Kindly find the Singapore tourist visa checklist and the attached form below.

Singapore Tourist Visa Checklist 

1. Original Passport and Old Passports

2. Request Letter from the Main Applicant with passport details (mentioning the purpose of visit date of travel, expenses taken care by whom and travel companions with their passport details) addressed to The Visa Officer, Singapore Consulate, Chennai.

3. Visa Application Duly Filled and signed by the Applicant only (Photo to be fixed at the right corner of the form and to be signed across the photo)

4. Photo 3.5x4.5cm 75% face close with white background - 2 photos required from each applicant ( photo should be within 3 months )

NOTE: Pls make sure that the photos are taken within 3 months and not an older one which was previously used for visa purposes.

5. Personal Bank statement for last 3 months (with minimum balance of at least Rs.100000) and Last 3 month salary slip

6. If the Applicant runs their own business, some proof like GST/MSME Registration is required.

7.  For student ID proof is required

8.  Retired Person Pension Order Copy along with Pension Credit Bank Statement for last 3 months till date   

SINGAPORE VISA CHECKLIST FOR BUSINESS

1. Original current passport with all old passports if any

2 Two photographs recently taken within 3 months with white background measuring 3.5.x4.5mm with 70% faze zoomed (closeup)

3. Covering letter from the applicant addressed to

The Visa office, Singapore Consulate,Chennai.

1. Self introduction about the applicant

2. Purpose of visit with travel dates

3. Applicants name and accompanying passengers name and passport numbers to be mentioned

4. Duration of stay , place of stay to be mentioned on the letter

5. How are you going to manage your expenses like self or company

6. Gaurantee to be mentioned that you will not overstay and return to home country before the expiry of visa on the covering letter

7. Singapore visa form 14A to be duly filled in and signed by applicant only and one photo to be affixed on the right side of the first page corner and to be

signed across by the applicant.

8. Bank statement for the last 3 months with Bank's seal and signature on it

9. If the applicant is doing business, then proof of business (GST Certificate or MSME or Company registration or partnership deed in case of partnership firm which is valid as on date)

10. If employed last 3 months pay slips from the employer

11. Letter of Invitation from Singapore Company with UEN NO. of the Singapore Company along with invitee's Singapore contact number

12. Finally make a formal request for issuance of visa  

VISA FEE PER PERSON RS.1,900/-(with effect from 01/01/2025). 

SERVICE CHARGES PER PERSON RS.1,000/- (with effect from 01/08/2025) Plus 18% GST is Applicable.
