1. Self-introduction about the applicant
2. Purpose of visit with travel dates
3. Applicant's name and accompanying passengers name and passport numbers to be mentioned
4. Duration of stay whether hotel, or friends house etc to be mentioned
5. How are you going to manage your expenses like carrying foreign exchange or someone is sponsoring the trip like father or mother etc.,
6. Guarantee to be mentioned that you will not overstay and return to home country before the expiry of visa
7. Singapore visa form 14A to be duly filled in and signed by applicant only and one photo to be affixed on the right side of the first page corner and to be
signed across by the applicant.
8. Bank statement for the last 3 months with bank's seal and signature on it
9. If the applicant is doing business, then proof of business (GST Certificate or MSME or company registration or partnership deed in case of partnership firm which is valid as on date)
10. If employed last 3 months pay slips from the employer
11. If applicant has got any friends or relative in Singapore then letter of invitation (LOI/FORM V39A TO BE FILLED AND SIGNED BY THE INVITEE IN SINGAPORE WITH INVITEE'S CONTACT TEL NO AND MAIL ID ALONG WITH THEIR STATUS LIKE EP OR PR CARD NO)
12. Finally make a formal request for issuance of visa.
